SHIPPING & RETURNS

We provide a standard delivery service:
· Free shipping within Greece | 2 - 4 days
· Europe - €15 | 4 - 6 days
· Rest of world - €20 | 6 - 8 days

International shipping: shoebox.gr delivers all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the EU.

Returns: You can return/exchange an item purchased from shoebox.gr up to 14 days after the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.
